Absolutely horrible! Called last night was told Gina would be in promptly at 8:00AM, starting calling at 8:00 AM, got nothing but voice mail, my calls were never returned. Finally attempting more calls I reached someone who told me GINA would be in shortly, again told at 12:00noon, finally reached her. After 3 seconds she said she needed to put me on hold, which she was gone 10 minutes and came back on the phone and told me she had to go do something g for her boss she was going to put me through to someone else. When that person answered the phone they were clueless as to what I needed. Finally after going through the process she said she was getting off the phone with me and calling my child and as of now five hours has passed and still now call. But it's ok found a treatment center that is on top of the game, feel as though God had a hand in this. It's that first impression when you know your loved would or would NOT be a priority to this facility.
