Worst customer service was in the waiting room for 5 hours. Nurses are very mean.
For this town, you dont have much of an option. The last time I was there was not so good. Yes,they did their jobs, but they did it where they made me feel unease.
I went to the ER with severe stomach cramping and headaches. The care I received was the very best. The staff was attentive, the hospital was clean with bright enough lights, lol, and the doctor was very thorough. In about 4 hours I was given a blood test, a chest xray, an EKG and a CT scan. I would recommend this place any day.
They was also prejudice. This place is in need of a revamp of the entire staff just about. I’ll never come here again I’ll chance Memphis somewhere
I like this place because they delivery all four of my children especial the RN Ms.Angela in OB AND SPECIAL THANKS TO THE MAN DR. Caesar......
Horrible care except for one nurse. I mean one nurse sat at the nurses station with both ear buds in and watched her phone. I stood there trying to get her attention for a while. They will try to place you in a nursing home instead of treating you. The hospital is not very clean, lights are not bright. The light in the patient room was busted. I wouldn't send anyone here ever!!!
