Complete assholes. When I was coming up, they had cops there where the few times I had a run in, they made me felt like" yeah you are right, you got me". Now-a-days its war with them. Back then, I was speeding down the street and a cop was at an intersection and blew his loud horn looking at me like" what the hell man". I came in to reality and slowed my ass down from that day forward. He could of nailed me, but he didn't. I had more respect for cops because of his actions. Today, they are manipulating the beast in people just to her an arrest.
